Do you accept insurance?
Yes- I am delighted to announce that I am currently partnered with Nourish, which allows me to conduct Telehealth visits and billing services for clients who want to use their insurance benefits to work with me. Appointments through Nourish are different than my normal coaching process. All Nourish appointments are 55 minutes long and conducted via zoom. I do not make custom workout plans through Nourish but I can still provide generalized exercise advice. Please click here to schedule an insurance appointment. Please note, if you do not see availability on my schedule, please send me a message.
*Nourish is in network with all major insurance carriers, and they guarantee that you will not be charged for appointments that occur during the interim of having your benefits verified even if your insurance denies you coverage.* This is a wonderful resource and a low risk option for people who want to use their insurance benefits. I am in network with: BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Devoted Health, and Community Health Network. If you are not sure if I accept your insurance, please sign up using the link above and let Nourish verify your benefits. You will not be charged for any appointments that occur during this time!
What states can you see insurance-clients in?
If you are using your insurance benefits to see me, I am limited to certain states. Here is a list of states I can see clients in (*you must be physically present in the following states for me to conduct an appointment):
Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida (https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/), Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
If you reside in a state not listed above, please send me a message, I may be able to become licensed in your state.
Who do you work with?
I specialize in working with women in their 30s and 40s who are ready to transform their physique- build muscle and lose body fat, although the emphasis is typically on fat loss. I have worked with woman of all sizes and all difference places in life. Many of my clients have tried all the things (low-calorie diets, workout programs, gut protocols) but still feel stuck, frustrated and that they may be missing something. Additionally, if you feel you know what to do, but also simply want a helping hand and accountability- youāre in the right place. All recommendations are tailored to you, and will be achievable and sustainable. My ideal client is someone who is already exercising or has a strong desire to learn how to build an exercise routine.
Is there any clients you will not accept?
If you are in the midst of an active eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia I cannot work with you, but may be able to help you find an eating disorder dietitian.
Because I am a fitness focused RD, I cannot accept clients who are unable or unwilling to exercise.
I am unable to accept vegan and vegetarian clients as this is not my specialty. My process hinges upon a high protein diet, and frequently vegan/vegetarians are unable to meet the high protein goal or are simply not satiated with vegetarian proteins leading to over consumption of carbs and fat.
What makes your approach different?
This isnāt about quick fixes or crash diets. I blend functional nutrition with physique-focused coaching to help you lose fat, build muscle, and feel better from the inside out. Youāll get personalized macro plans, expert strategy, and real support without the fluff or excessive restriction. You will be supported by a nutrition professional who has also been through this process and knows how to get results.
How do I know if Iām a good fit for this?
Youāre probably a great fit if:
āļø Youāre in your 30s or 40s and want to lose fat, build muscle, and feel confident in your body again
āļø Youāve tried diets, macros, workout programs, or gut protocols before but still feel stuck
āļø Youāre tired of quick fixes and want a personalized plan that is sustainable
āļø Youāre open to tracking food, lifting weights, and making sustainable changes
āļø Youāre ready for real support from someone who actually listens and knows what theyāre doing
This is not for you if:
š« Youāre looking for a meal plan to follow blindly
š« You want rapid weight loss at any cost
š« Youāre not open to coaching or change
Still unsure? Shoot me a message or book a one-time consult and weāll figure it out together.
Whatās the difference between the 3-month and 6-month coaching packages?
The 3-month āDip Your Toesā package is a great starting point to see real progress and build momentum. The 6-month āDream Bodyā package is best for women ready to go all-in with a longer runway, more check-ins, and deeper transformation. Both include custom macros, training plans, and weekly check-ins.
Can I just do one month?
Absolutely. The month-to-month option is perfect if you need flexibility or want to test the waters. Youāll still get the full onboarding, custom plan, and weekly supportāwithout a long-term commitment.
What kinds of issues do you help with in 1:1 nutrition sessions?
I help with a wide range of health concerns including:
Gut issues (IBS, bloating, constipation)
Hormonal imbalances (hypothyroid, endometriosis, PCOS)
High cholesterol or blood pressure
Fatigue, insomnia, inflammation
Lab work interpretation and supplement recommendations
Whatās the difference between coaching and a one-time appointment?
Coaching is focused on physique transformation and includes ongoing support and accountability. One-time nutrition appointments are best if you need help with a specific issue and want expert insight without a full program.
Do I need to book a follow-up?
Follow-ups are optional but recommended. If youāre working through more complex health issues, a 30-minute follow-up helps us refine your plan and keep momentum going.
How do I book my sessions after purchasing?
After you complete your purchase, I will reach out directly via phone or email to schedule your sessions and walk you through next steps. You donāt need to book anything right away ā weāll handle it together.
Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, payment is due upfront for all packages and appointments. If youāre considering long-term coaching but want to ease in, the month-to-month option is a great place to start.
