My Journey

My journey in healthcare spans my entire career. I started as a CNA right out of high school, then became a phlebotomist and Medical Assistant before finding my calling as a Dietitian specializing in weight loss, diabetes, metabolic disorders, and functional medicine.

I've had the privilege of working under Dr. Ramaley at Seattle Natural Health, where what began as an internship evolved into a full-time position. There, I developed practical skills in Functional Medicine, Applied Kinesiology, bloodwork interpretation, cold laser therapy, and the proper use of herbs and supplements to treat disease.

My Education & Expertise

My education includes two degrees and post-graduate work in nutrition and functional medicine, plus 1,200 supervised hours through my Dietetic Internship. I've continued my education through Susan Allen's IFMNT 2-year course in Functional Medicine, gaining in-depth knowledge of bloodwork analysis, targeted supplementation for chronic conditions, gut health, microbiome disorders, and true cellular detoxification – no gimmicky juice cleanses here!
