  • Ice

  • 1-2 scoops plain unflavored whey protein

  • 2 TBSP matcha powder

  • 3 TBSP Maple syrup

  • 1 cup almond milk

Blend for at least 3 mins. Add water as needed.

 

Highest Energy Chocolate

  • Ice

  • 1-2 scoops plain unflavored whey protein

  • 3 TBSP Plain cocoa powder

  • 3 TBSP Maple syrup or sweetener of choice

  • 1 TBSP psyllium husk

  • 1 cup almond milk

Blend for at least 3 mins. Add water as needed.

 

Maca Energy

  • Ice

  • 1-2 scoops plain unflavored whey protein

  • 3 TBSP maca powder

  • 2 TBSP Maple syrup

  • 1 TBSP psyllium husk

  • 1 cup almond milk

Blend for at least 3 mins. Add water as needed.
