If you’ve been caught in a cycle of cutting calories, but not seeing the results you want if you’ve been exercising, but still not losing fat or changing shape, this is for you. Includes a combination of coaching and functional nutrition support. I utilize flexible dieting, meaning you will need to keep track of your macronutrients, if you don’t know how, I will teach you!

3-month package:

I cover what to eat, how much to eat, supplements to take, what supplements not to waste your money on, and how to optimize your metabolism.
Meal plans can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

This program includes;

 

  • 4 phone call appointments 1 hour for the first appointment and 30-45 mins for follow up appointments.
  • For fat loss, it’s important to keep good communication channels, therefore, weekly check-in emails will also be required.
  • If you’d like to participate in instagram challenges, there will be a cost reduction. All you need to do is post your weekly check in photos and tag me along with #volitiondietitian
